From the Museum's main door, the visitors can enjoy one of the best views of the city, including the Cathedral of Salamanca and the façade of Casa Lis. Just one minute away, we can find the Historical Memory Documentary Centre and its exhibitions - always with free admission - and the Casa Lis Art Nouveau and Art Déco Museum, with which we share a joint ticket. A bit further on are the Salamanca's two Cathedrals (The New one and the Old one) and the Ieronimus exhibition. If we keep on walking, we'll get to the historical area, with the Plaza mayor square.
Thanks to its location on the banks of River Tormes, the visitor can enjoy a delightful walk or cycle by the river, by the cycle path that goes along the riverside walk, including the Enrique Estevan bridge and the famous Roman bridge. On its ends we can find monuments such as the verraco-bull and two churches: the Santiago del Arrabal Mudejar style church, and the new Arrabal church. All along this walk you'll be able to enjoy the most beautiful panoramic views of this World Heritage City.
